iSky Stock allows customers to pre-purchase credit packages for Photos and Videos contained in the stock imagery that can be downloaded from the iSky Stock website at www.iskystock.com (the "Website").
The Credit Packages page on the Website explains the different credit purchase options.
Prices shown are exclusive of tax. For local businesses, VAT will be applied and will appear on your invoice.
Payment for the "Credit Package" order : you will be redirected to the secure payment platform. We currently accept major credit cards and secure payment methods.
Credit packages purchased from iSky Stock are valid and usable for a period of one (1) year. Any unused credit after this period will expire.
You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of purchase if none of the credits have been used. Beyond this period, iSky Stock will have no obligation to refund the credit package purchase price. However, if iSky Stock decides to provide you with a refund of all or part of the credit package purchase price, this refund will only be made to the account originally used to purchase your subscription. If the credit package purchase price was paid by check, your refund will be made by check.
Regardless of the date credits were purchased, stock images that can be downloaded from the Website are subject to and may be downloaded and used under the terms of the iSky Stock Content License Agreement (the "License Agreement"), the Website Terms of Use, and Restrictions and Waivers applicable to such media on the web pages where the media is made available, as the above information is displayed on the Website at the time the media is downloaded from the Website.
iSky Stock may modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Credits acquired under this Agreement will be governed by the provisions of this Agreement in effect at the time of credit purchase. You are encouraged to periodically review this Credit Package Purchase Agreement, the License Agreement, and the Terms of Use posted on the Website. Your continued access to or use of the Website after the posting of such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modifications.
iSky Stock may immediately terminate any prepaid credit without notice if you breach this Agreement or any other agreement with us. The Payments and Taxes, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Interpretation, and Miscellaneous provisions of the License Agreement also apply to this Agreement.
